ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!
Our guest for today’s episode is my new friend Hannah Brencher. Hannah is an author, a blogger, a TED speaker, and a new wife who writes about mental health, faith, and daily discipline.
Hannah is the founder of a global movement called More Love Letters (which she’ll tell us all about in this episode) and she’s also the author of a brand new book called, “Come Matter Here.”
You guys are going to absolutely love Hannah. She has this way of meeting you exactly where you are, and simultaneously giving you both the hug and the pep talk you need to keep going.
And that’s exactly what Hannah does for us today on the show.
In this episode, Hannah and I talk a lot about anxiety and depression.
We talk about what to do when you’re feeling far away from God, or when you’re having a hard time loving yourself, or when you’re feeling like you’re just not good enough.
We talk about being a newlywed and what we’ve both learned along the way, and Hannah shares with us some really amazing encouragement having to do with singleness and online dating.
There is so much good stuff in this episode. I can’t wait to share it with you.
