ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!
I am so excited for what we have going on this week. Put on your comfiest sweatpants and order a pizza, because this week might be the girls night of all girls nights, and here's why.
In today's episode we're talking about our bodies as women. Specifically, we're answering a whole bunch of the questions we have about our bodies that most of us are too shy, too embarrassed, or too uncomfortable to ask. This is going to be AWESOME.
The reason we're talking about this at Girls Night this week is because this is something my girlfriends and I actually talk about at our girls nights in real life. We talk about tampons, about our boobs, about waxing, and so much more. And you know what? I'm SO GLAD. Because our bodies are tricky, and confusing, and sometimes feel really embarrassing. And they feel even more embarrassing when we think we're the only one asking these questions. But we're not, and that's why I love talking about these things at girls nights, and why I wanted to talk about these things here at OUR Girls Night.
Now, I have to tell you, our guest for today could not be more perfect. Here today is my real life friend here in Nashville, Ann Garvey. Now, I don't know if you guys have this friend, but Ann is the kind of friend you just know you can go to with all of your embarrassing questions. She never blushes, you can't embarrass her, and she will never ever judge you or make you feel stupid or gross. Not only that, but she's HILARIOUS and so much fun, which makes it so much easier to talk to her about weird or embarrassing things.
And you want to know the best part about Ann? She actually has answers. Ann is a women’s health professional here in Nashville, and she's brilliant. She knows so much about our bodies as women, and so I just knew she was the perfect person to have this conversation with!
I can't wait to share this with you.
