ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!
Friends, I cannot believe it, but this is our final episode of Season 12 and we’re ending it with a conversation I know you’re going to love. Today I’m talking with my friend Jena Dunay. We’re talking about how to get hired for that job that you’ve really been wanting.
When we originally aired this episode, Jena was a Nashville-based career coach, but now she has officially made a career transition of her own to be the Chief Learning Officer for a wealth management firm. So she’s no longer career coaching professionally, but the advice she shared in this conversation still holds true. And I love that we get to see her living out the things she teaches in this episode in her own life. She’s a boss. She’s just incredible.
In this episode, Jena will be teaching us how to know if it’s time to move on from a job you don’t love, what to include on your resume, tips for networking and job interviews, how to negotiate your salary and so much more!
You are going to LOVE our conversation. My favorite part was when she explains how to respond to dreaded interview questions like, “tell me about yourself” or “what is one of your weaknesses.” Let me tell you, friends, by the end of my chat with Jena, you’re going to be totally prepared to land the job you’ve always wanted!
