ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!

Today we’re kicking off Season 11 of the Girls Night Podcast, and I’m so happy to be back! Today we’re talking about how to heal and move forward after you’ve been rejected.

If you're anything like me, you’ve experienced your fair share of rejections in life, whether it’s a relationship that didn’t work out or not getting a job that you really wanted. These rejections cut deep and if we’re not mindful of them, they can negatively affect so many different facets of our lives, including our relationship with God and with ourselves. But that’s why I’m excited for my conversation today.

Our guest for today’s episode is Kait Warman. Kait is an LA-based speaker, relationship expert, and the author of her new book, Thank You for Rejecting Me: Transform Pain into Purpose and Learn to Fight for Yourself. And that’s exactly what she’s teaching us, how you can face rejection and come out on the other side stronger and more resilient.

Here’s what Kait is going to teach us...

  • Why rejection can actually be a good thing

  • How to stop from allowing one rejection to take over how you feel about yourself

  • How rejection might be pointing you to a place where you can grow

  • How you can pick yourself up after a rejection and try again instead of giving up

I’m so excited to share this conversation with you!
