Friends, I’m SO excited to be back for season 9 of the podcast. I’ve missed you guys! I’m also SO excited about this episode. I have some BIG news to share with you, and here to help me share it is my sweet husband, Carl Wilson.

Now, if you follow me on social media, you may have already seen the big news, but if not, here it is: I’m pregnant. (Oh my goodness, I still can’t believe I’m saying those words out loud!)

While I’m thrilled to finally share this news with all of you, the reality is that our journey to get pregnant was really long and far from easy. And that’s why both of us are here today. We want to catch you up on what we’ve been going through over the last few years, because I KNOW some of you guys are walking this road right now too.

Friends, if there’s anything I want you to take away from this episode, it’s this: you’re not alone. Seriously, whatever you’re facing in your life right now, whether it’s pregnancy difficulties, health issues, job loss, a breakup, or anything else, I hope this episode reminds you that you’re not alone.
